And so it begins again

So, in case anyone hasn't heard we're now under a hurricane watch. Fun times. Let's hope Fay calms herself down and we don't get much more than a bit of rain that we need anyway. It'll cool things off at least. My only real worry is whether we will have to put up our shutters, REALLY not sure how we're supposed to do that on the second story. Not like I have a cherry picker laying around...
And of course, OF COURSE, this is coming when D is starting school (tomorrow!) so that'll be fun. *rolls eyes* He's actually excited about it now, I think. We found out his friend got assigned to the other class room (there are two) so I was nervous, but they'll see each other on the playground at the end of the session everyday. At the moment I'm washing all the new school clothes I bought and he's breaking in his new sneakers. G had taken the day off to help me drop him off, but with the weather he'll need to be at the station preparing. I'll try to remember my camera so I'll post pics tomorrow.
To everyone we know and love in Key West, stay safe and dry. We'll be thinking of you the next couple days. You weren't there in '05 for the fun of that season. I doubt you'll have to evac, but if we all do, we'll see you in Orlando. :)

Here's M from yesterday.
