Happy Birthday, Mammy!

Today is my beautiful grandmother's 70th birthday! I can't believe it! You don't look (or act!) a day over 39, Mam! ;) For those who don't know, when I was a child and I'd ask her how old she was she'd always answer "39 and holding". Well, me being the trusting granddaughter I was, always believed her, never questioned how that could be possible. Then one day when I was 10 my grandfather told me we were having a surprise 50th birthday for her and I was so confused, I didn't know why he'd be having a 50th birthday party for her when she was only 39! He thought this was hysterical of course. Oh well. I hope you have a great birthday Mammy and I can't wait to see you next month! Love you lots!

And I'd like everyone to wish me luck for the next four weeks. G is headed to CA for the Chief Petty Officer Academy. It's been a year now since I've been on my own with the kids, it should be interesting. D has already started crying about it so the next few days will be tough.
